The time is a range, not a promise. The appointment date and the processing speed are set by the institution; we stop your file from waiting there, we do not set their calendar.
The application file
It varies by university, and we settle it once the programme is chosen. These are asked for in almost every application.
- Diploma and transcript — certified and translated.
- Passport.
- A language certificate, or an exam result the university accepts, if you have one.
- Biometric photograph.
- Some programmes also ask for a medical report or a criminal record certificate.
The road to enrolment

Programme and university are chosen
Grades, language and budget are weighed together. You do not apply to one programme but to a realistic list.

The application is sent
Application windows open separately per university; we give you the calendar once the choice is made.

Acceptance letter
The university announces its decision. From here two separate institutions run at once.

Recognition
At a separate institution, on its own timetable. It must be finished BEFORE enrolment — postponed, it costs a whole term.

Student visa and enrolment
The visa file is built on the acceptance letter; we track it to the enrolment date.
What delays it most
Leaving recognition until after enrolment
The acceptance letter is exciting and recognition gets postponed. But it runs at a separate institution on its own timetable; squeezed against the enrolment date, a whole term is lost.
